Coffee Break Pro is an application designed to prevent (or improve) repetitive stress injuries. It does this by making the user take periodic breaks. It also provides some basic user activity data, such as key presses or mouse clicks per second.
Shareware notice
Coffee Break Pro is shareware ($20 US). If you use it for more than 30 days, you should register. To register, simply click the Register button when you open Coffee Break Pro, or register online at:
Coffee Break Pro requires System 8.1 or later to run. Use of custom pictures during breaks (see the documentation for details) may require allocating more RAM to Coffee Break Pro.
Coffee Break Pro X runs under Mac OS X, including Jaguar (10.2).
Installation
To install the Classic version of Coffee Break Pro, run the installer and just follow the directions.
To install the Mac OS X version, just copy the Coffee Break Pro X application from the disk image to your hard drive. If you want Coffee Break Pro to start up when you log in, open the System Preferences program, go to the Login Items pane and add Coffee Break Pro to the list.

To learn how to use Coffee Break Pro, launch the program and select Coffee Break Pro Help from the Help menu, or open the Coffee Break Pro Help folder and open the CBPro Help.html file with your favorite web browser.
